The sign would translate into English as something like this: «City jail – humanism and renaissance». I am not really sure who are those two faces representing though.

That one doesn’t look like Clinton to me at all but could be George W. Bush. The one on the right side is definitely not Tito. 🙂
heheheh sorry, I made a mistake. I wanted to say Clinton 🙂 the other one… I really don’t know then. I saw few pictures of Tito with glasses, but I’m not 100% sure. I hope to know soon!!
