We came back to Kyoto to go to Inari Taisha. We took the train early on the morning from Takamatsu to go to Kytoto. Once we got to Kyoto, we left the baggage on the locker. We took the JR Nara Line to Inari Station, 30 minutes from Kyoto main station. Inari is just in front of the train station. Inari is garden/santuary where there are hundreds of red Toris during all the walk across.
After the visit to Inari we took the train to go to Takayama. Takamaya is small traditional town in the middle of the mountains. The best way to get there is going from Gifu. You can go by car or train, it’s recommendable to go during the day because the views are extraordinary.
We had some logistic problems with the timetable of the trains and we decide to come back to Gifu, before go to Odawara to spend the night.
Today, few picutres of our day 8 at Japan. Fushimi Ianri-taisha, at Kyoto.
